Firstly, our objective is to provide a safe, comfortable and dignified living environment. In order to achieve this, we have to ensure that the accommodation & facilities we offer meet these requirements. This is why we offer 3 different types of stay. These are:
This is for those who don't need assistance with daily living activities. This would be people who have full mobility and awareness.
This is for those who need some limited assistance with daily living. This would be for people who need some help with mobility and daily care routines.
This is for those who need 24-hour nursing & care. This would be for people who need full-time help and medical care. Frail care service is aimed at creating a quality of life. We work hard to remove the suffering for people with serious & terminal illnesses. Frail care, aka comfort, care also includes end of life care.
A sickbay is also available to residents who have taken ill for short term care or for post-operative care. The step down facilities in the sickbay are also on offer to members of the community.
Our rooms are spacious, and most look out onto the view of the park. Each room is also equipped with a nurse call system. Furthermore, the rooms offer privacy & convenience to everyone. Residents are also welcome to bring their own TVs for their rooms.
Our kitchen staff take great pride in preparing wholesome & delicious meals. We serve meals in the various dining rooms. We also serve meals in rooms where our residents are unable to eat in the dining rooms. In addition, our many lounges offer a great environment for social interaction. Likewise, the lounges serve as the gathering point for a host of other social & recreation activities. The lounge areas are also equipped with TVs (with satellite services).
Wide patios surround our home on all sides and the home incorporates enclosed courtyards. Our ladies often enjoy tea & snacks that we serve (in addition to meals) in a beautiful garden environment. We also take great pride in our gardens as it adds to the ambiance of our home. A wide range of flowers are in bloom all through the year. The well-tended gardens are home to a wide variety of birds, further adding to the serenity of our home.

(We also have regular visits from the Municipality’s mobile library.)
In-house Tuck shop
We also have a hairdresser that visits us twice weekly and have a beautician who pops in regularly. In addition, a local super market does weekly deliveries for residents. We have an in-house facility which supplies personal care items such as toiletries, incontinence products, and certain over-the-counter medication.
Our accommodation & facilities, combined with our ethos & atmosphere certainly make our home an attractive option.
